EFISIENSI WAKTU PENYELESAIAN PROYEK PEMBUATAN LIFE CONVEYOR DENGAN METODE CRITICAL PATH METHOD
Abstract
In a construction project, project management is the application of science. Expertise and skills to achieve the goals and objectives that have been determined in order to get optimal results in terms of cost, quality and time and work safety. [1]. In working on this project there are problems that is the actual time difference with the project completion planning time. thus causing additional time and cost, the purpose of the research is to streamline the time to complete the Life Conveyor project at PT Dwijaya Sentral Sarana where this research was prepared using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Cirital Path Method (CPM). Project control can also be used to estimate the project acceleration (crasing). Based on research that the normal time to complete a Life conveyor project for 31 days at a cost of Rp 355,309,000, - by crashing to shorten the time, a project completion time of 27 days is obtained with a total crashing cost of Rp 356,541,000, - with a level of the effectiveness of the acceleration of processing time of 12.9%
