Analisis Konsep Nilai Hasil Menggunakan Primavera Project Planner P6
Abstract
Every project has a different case and problem. The main objective desired in project implementation is to achieve a good time, cost and quality targets. To measure the level of achievement of the project can use several methods one of which is the analysis of the concept of the value of the results (Earned Value Analysis). EVA is a method used to measure the suitability of a project in the scope of time and cost. In the work of the PT Hasgara Cipta Gusana floor coating project at PT Adaro Indonesia, the results of the study were obtained through primavera P6 software with a duration of 8 weeks. The Plan Value (PV) value is Rp1.508,675,000.00 while the Earned Value (EV) value is Rp 1,508,675,000.00 so that the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) = 1 is obtained which indicates the project on the track. Costs incurred until the end of the project (estimate at completion / EAC) is Rp 2,879,196,000.00. While predictions at the end of the project with the same performance, indicated by the Cost Variance (CV) value of - Rp. 11,188,000.00. The minus value indicates that the project is predicted to lose money.
Keywords—CV, EV, EAC, EVA, Primavera.
