Abstract

Salah satu cara dalam mengembangkan bisnis adalah dengan memperluas jalur distribusi seperti membuka cabang. Pembukaan cabang membuat suatu bisnis atau usaha dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Pemilik toko F berencana untuk membuka toko cabang baru untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pemilik toko dalam pengambilan keputusan penentuan lokasi toko cabang. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Pada penelitian ini terdapat 6 kriteria, yaitu biaya, tingkat kompetisi, akses menuju lokasi, keamanan, dan lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi berupa urutan alternatif terbaik yang dapat membantu pemilik toko dalam menentukan lokasi toko cabang. Dari tiga alternatif yang ada, didapatkan alternatif ketiga (A3) sebagai lokasi terbaik untuk cabang toko F. Alternatif pertama (A1) pada urutan kedua rekomendasi lokasi toko cabang, dan alternatif kedua (A2) pada urutan ketiga.

Abstract

One way to develop business is by extending the distribution as an opening branches. Opening a branch store allows a business to reach a wider market. The owner of store f plans to open branch store new for extending the range market. The purpose of this research is to help the owner of the store in taking the decision determining the location of branch store. The method applied in this research is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The criteria in this research: costs , level of competition , access to the location , security , and the environment. The results of this research are recommended as the best alternative that can help a shopkeeper in determining the location of branch store .Of the three alternatives, the third alternative (A3) was obtained as the best location for the F store branch. The first alternative (A1) is in the second rank of recommendation for branch store locations, and the second alternative (A2) is in the third rank.
